“Those times when you get up early and you work hard; those times when you stay up late and you work hard; those times when don’t feel like working, you’re too tired, you don’t want to push yourself BUT you do it anyway. That is actually the dream. That’s the dream. It’s not the destination, it’s the journey.” – Kobe Bryant

PERSONAL TRAINING
Coach Stephanie is a natural-born fighter who empowers you to find your voice and believe in your inner strength. Stephanie is a dynamic athlete, with a background in cheerleading, tumbling and boxing. Stephanie began coaching group- fitness, where she discovered that her true calling is empowering others to break down barriers through movement and sweat.
In her classes & one- on- one training, Stephanie challenges her clients whether it’s going for that extra rep no matter how much it burns or completely trying something out of their comfort zone— it gives the client an opportunity to first say no but I quickly come back with “well you don’t know if you’re going to fail yet, let’s try it & we’ll go from there”.
She is a certified PT with ISSA, DBC L1 and holds a few other certifications such as HIIT & TRX.
Her goal is to help you discover your power. We have a choice when it comes to listening to the voice in our heads: it holds us back or helps us rise up. It just depends on how we train it.
