With a Personal Training Program at Rec Shop Training Facility, you will begin with an assessment & evaluation of your wants, needs, and goals. Based on this assessment, Your Trainer will create a strategic plan and guidance around both your Workouts & Nutrition. This will be followed up with consistent body measurements & biomechanical analysis to insure you are seeing and achieving the results you desire!
